This included taking a moment to practice our first dance on the dancefloor, as well as a small walk around the grounds during the evening reception. We also both chose new perfume and aftershave, especially for our wedding day, now we can wear it for special occasions and it reminds us of it.” - Frances and Tom says. “At the church, the soloist Lara Harvey led the hymns and sang When We Fall in Love and Pie Jesu beautifully. At our drinks reception, we had a fabulous string quartet, Halo Strings, who performed a mixture of classical and Bridgerton-style music – they were a huge hit! For the evening reception, we hired an incredible band by Boujee Music – we loved that they performed September by Earth, Wind and Fire, for our wedding month, and the dancefloor was always full!” Frances and Tom had always dreamt of having fireworks. “This was the last addition we made to our wedding and it was a really exciting moment in the evening for everyone,” they said. “We also had a choreographed first dance which was special and a good way of spending some time learning to dance together in the month before the wedding. We treated it as our date night, amidst all the planning, and had so much fun together.” 50
