A old building nestled within a forest Perched on a hill in the heart of Nice’s Old Town, the Hôtel du Couvent is a former 17th-century convent that has been immaculately restored and transformed into a luxurious 88-room hotel. Set to open in June 2024, the property promises a serene sanctuary away from bustling city life. Highlights include an indoor pool, Roman-inspired thermal baths, a 20-metre outdoor pool, a resident herbalist, an outdoor cinema, a colourful farmer’s market every Saturday, as well as delicious farm-to-fork cuisine courtesy of the convent’s own farm.
