A watch surrounded by sea shells British independent designers Anneke Short and Jerome Robert, founders of The Camden Watch Company, have just released a new timepiece in collaboration with multi-award-winning chef Tom Brown.

Known for their Victorian-inspired timepieces, The Camden Watch Company has collaborated with other British personalities in the past for inspired timepieces such as tattoo artist Rebecca Vincent, cyclist Kitty Pemberton Platt, barber Frank Rimer, and The Chap magazine.

The new collaboration with Tom Brown, founder and chef of The Pearly Queen, based in Shoreditch, London, came about by a love of food. Tom is a renowned British chef known for his creative, seafood-focused dishes.

Anneke Short, the co-founder of The Camden Watch Company, says: “Jerome and I are really into our food; we love discovering new types of cuisine and exciting new restaurants. We had been big fans of Tom since seeing him on the Great British Menu and then going to his restaurant. As luck would have it, Tom and we have a friend in common, so we chatted a bit on social media. We then bumped into him at an event where we met him for the first time in person, mentioned the idea of a collaboration, and here we are.”
