Are you fed up of going around wedding fairs and seeing hundreds of suppliers offering the same thing? Sick of feeling judged for wanting something different? We are too! That's why we created The Quirky Wedding Fayre. Your wedding should be all about you! So why would you settle for having a day that's the same as everyone else's? We are the UK's favourite inclusive alternative wedding fayre!

Nestled in the stunning Mid Devon hills, close to the pretty hamlet of Stoodleigh, Hawke Barn is a former threshing barn that has been transformed into an animal and nature lover's paradise! Experience the peace and tranquility of the stunning surrounding countryside, whilst discovering the venue's blend of unique indoor and outdoor spaces. We're not kidding when we say it's perfect for animal lovers either - it is on the site of a farm specialising in horse-racing, with opportunities to meet some of the venue's cuddlier residents, including Teddy and Gerald, two live-in teddy bear sheep who love a celebration!

We've handpicked a talented bunch of wedding professionals who all offer something different from the standard wedding packages and adhere to our zero-judgement ethos, and they're all ready and waiting to show you what they've got up their sleeves.

Standard entry to all of our fayres is FREE! Or you can opt for VIP tickets.

Quiet Hour - 2pm to 3pm
We understand that wedding fairs can be a really overwhelming place full of lots of people and lots of noise! To assist those who may be anxious, overwhelmed or neurodivergent, the hour between 2pm and 3pm at our fayres will be Quirky Quiet Hour. Quiet Hour is an individually ticketed timeslot where those who feel they need a quieter browsing experience can attend.

Accessibility Information
This fayre is accessible except for a small step up to the main barn. Please note that while the ground is flat, this is a farm venue and so the ground is uneven and most of the paths are paved with gravel which wheelchair users may find difficult.
