We are Paella Inc, a family owned paella company based in Brighton who travel across Europe and the UK specialising in Paellas, tapas and all types of Spanish produce and cuisine, catering for weddings, parties and corporate events.
Our priority is and always has been to deliver the best and most authentic paellas and tapas by following a few simple rules:
– We use only the best free range poultry, fish and game from in and around the Sussex area we can find (we don’t use frozen poultry or fish).
– We only buy from small family owned farms and companies whenever possible.
– All our ingredients are always transported to venues using only refrigerated vehicles.
